Quantum 100 es un compuesto lubricante especial para evitar la oxidación y el agarrotamiento de partes unidas y sometidas a ambientes corrosivos ya sea por humedad, temperatura hasta 1200 ºC. o debido a contacto con ácidos o materiales alcalinos.
Quantum 100 contiene alto porcentaje de metales micronizados, entre ellos el cobre que por su gran resistencia a temperaturas y corrosión hacen de esta grasa algo singular en su tipo. Este contenido de metales además de ayudar a prevenir el agarrotamiento también es útil para rellenar partes gastadas o corroídas con anterioridad.
La penetración de Quantum 100 hace de este compuesto un lubricante único que ayuda a eliminar la corrosión en las roscas mas profundas evitando así que las piezas se mantengas fijas pero fácil de quitar en el momento deseado.
Se debe aplicar Quantum 100 antes de ensamblar las piezas que desea proteger. Aplique en roscas, vástagos, pernos, y todo equipo sometido a temperaturas elevadas, agua, ácidos, etc.
